Important: We are not equipped to handle any walk in emergencies. If you are in need of immediate medical attention, even if it is for Asthma or Allergic Reaction, please CALL 911 OR PROCEED TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.
New Patients: We see new patients by appointment only. To make an appointment at any of our six locations call us during working hours at the above number. If it is after-hours please leave us a voice mail (include your phone number, your name and an alternate phone number if possible). We will return your call the next business day.
Established Patients: If your Asthma or Allergies are worse please do not wait until your next appointment. We will see you any working day. And, our Charleston office is open on Saturdays. Call us and we will do our best to work you in. If you call after working hours, please leave us a voice mail (must include your phone number, patient’s name and date of birth and an alternate phone number if possible). Please DO NOT leave any message where the issue cannot wait until the next business day. If you are sick you must go to Emergency Room or Urgent Care. For less urgent matters, if you must talk to the provider on call, the same number will route you to our Answering Service.
After Hours / Answering Service: After hours, our Main Number above (304-343-4300) will give you a choice to connect you to the Answering Service. There you can leave messages for the receptionist, nurse, extract lab, billing or physician. Please leave an “Urgent” message ONLY if it is NOT an emergency and you can wait a few hours before the physician calls you back. For any and all emergency or urgent situations please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.
Note: 304-343-4300 is our main phone number and rings in the Charleston Office. You can use it for calls with reference to any of our offices. The specific telephone numbers for the other offices can be seen here. They are answered only when those offices are open; calls get forwarded to the Main Number at all other times.
Email: New: For our established patients we now have a HIPPA Privacy protected Email channel to contact us primarily for Appointments Issues (make, change or cancel appointments), Billing or Insurance Issues, Prescription Refills or any other administrative matters. We will reply or call you within two business days. You MUST NOT use email for medical advice or for matters that cannot wait for two business days.
You will need a password to Access the Email Contact Form. Please ask the Receptionist for the password when you are in office next, or you can call us and get it.
